At Horseplay Toys, we want you to love your equestrian-inspired fashion, but if a fit isn't right, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Horseplay Toys garment tags and hygiene seals are intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
